Environmental policy
Top Management LPVM is awake that only continuos improvement quality and relation to environment enables to win above competitors. The tendency is involved by creating and keeping quality system management according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and environment according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 in production , intra which company professes to following obligations:
1. To meet the LPVM strategic objectives and direct with help of documented procedures not only to satisfy requirements of customers and end users, but also to their pleasure from the continual quality improvement of all our products and services.
2. To respect general interests and needs of
- customers , suppliers and owners
- LPVM staff
- society(community, country)
3. To improve continuously and/or to use all quality and environmental resoursec in the best way, i.e. namely:
- financial resources
- human resources and their qualification,
- technical development processes, particularly technology of processing and new products, which corresponds to level present technical development and minimal impact on environment ; before their realization to practise evaluation their predicted negative impacts on environment,
- infrastructure ( machines,moulds,tools,jigs,fixtures, customers and users inclusive of feedback,
- resources for prevention negative impacts on environment and quality, co-operation with sub-suppliers, customers and users including feedback,
- legal standards, law regulations, procedures, methods and tools to improve management and also operational control of the quality and environmental management system and continuously to fill demands by which LPVM is liable to.
4. To ensure by distribution of labour, responsibility and authority, that any LPVM employee should be able:
- to work according to pertinent technical-organizational procedures and manufacturing documentation and to indicate their prospective imperfections
- to honour responsibility for quality and safety of his/her work and to feel satisfaction from it
- to honour responsibility for environmental profile LPVM
- to stop the work which directs to an inadmissible occurrence of non-conformances from point of view quality system management and environment.
5. To realize quality and environmental policy through screened environmental objectives, as far as quantified and hereby attain, that LPVM will be not only good, but one of leading European companies in the field of plastics moulding. Additionally to quality and capacity enhancement with environment improvement will be stiffened reliable and bilaterally profitable relationships with customers and suppliers. This will secure perspective of the whole LPVM and also its personnel. Environmental policy is binding for the whole staff of employee LPVM. They were met with one and they commited themselves to keep it.
